Mr. Ahmed Adeel holds a Master of Education (Educational Management and Leadership). He first performed in the job field was the position of Accounts Teacher of the Kaafu Atoll Madrassa. From 2004 to 2017, he worked in various positions in the school. During that period, he held the posts of secondary teacher, a graduate leading teacher and Deputy Principal. After completing his master's degree, he worked from 2017 to 2019 at R. Dhuvaafaru as the principal of the Primary School. From October 2019 to February 14, 2022, he served in K. Gulhee School as the principal of the school.

In Education sector he has worked as a trainer to familiarize teachers with the new national curriculum. In addition, in 2017 and 2018, Ahmed Adeel has been a part-time lecturer in the national university and other colleges as a part-time lecturer Since 2021, Adeel sir has been working as an external trainer in some of the trainings of the Civil Service Training Institute.
